These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of Plexus Connect ("the Platform"). By registering, subscribing, or using any part of the platform, you accept and agree to all of the following terms.

1. User Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information during registration. Any account found to contain false, fraudulent, or misleading details may be suspended or permanently removed.

2. Subscription Plans

Plexus Connect offers multiple subscription plans. Each plan has its own fixed duration, feature access, and earning structure. Subscriptions activate immediately upon payment and are non-refundable and non-transferable.

3. Earnings and Withdrawal Rules

Users may earn rewards through ad interaction, referrals, and platform engagement.

3. Compliance and Awareness

Users are required to remain informed about current platform rules. All relevant conditions and requirements are available via the platform interface. Lack of awareness does not exempt users from enforcement or penalties.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

Payment and Refund Policy

All payments made on Plexus Connect are final and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, subscriptions, advertisement packages, promotional offers, and any other paid services. By completing a payment, users acknowledge and agree that no refunds, reversals, or chargebacks will be issued under any circumstances, except where required by law.

Payments must be made only from bank accounts bearing the same name as the registered Plexus Connect account holder. Likewise, withdrawals will be processed exclusively to bank accounts matching the user’s registered account name. Any discrepancies in account details, ownership, or payment source may result in suspension or permanent closure of the user’s account, without eligibility for refund or recovery of funds.

Plexus Connect reserves the right to review, hold, or reject any payment or withdrawal transaction that appears suspicious, fraudulent, or inconsistent with the platform’s financial compliance policies. Users are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all payment information provided during transactions.

By using Plexus Connect, you agree to these terms and affirm that you understand all payments are made voluntarily and at your own discretion.

5. Platform Integrity and Abuse

Any attempt to abuse or manipulate platform systems — including the use of bots, duplicate accounts, fake referrals, or fraudulent withdrawals — will result in:

• Immediate account restriction or ban

• Permanent loss of earnings

• Legal or administrative action where applicable

6. Updates to Terms

These terms may be revised at any time. It is the user’s responsibility to remain updated. Continued use of the platform confirms agreement to any changes made.

7. Limitation of Liability

Plexus Connect is not liable for missed earnings, technical errors, delays, or changes to user status. Participation is at the user’s own risk.
