By registering on Plexus Connect, you agree to the following terms and conditions that govern your use of our platform:

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid Nigerian bank account or wallet to use Plexus Connect.

2. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and complying with platform rules. Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the system may lead to suspension or termination.

3. Earnings and Withdrawals

Users earn by viewing ads and referring others. Only 60% of your total earnings will be available for withdrawal. The remaining 40% is retained by the platform as savings toward the development of a personal or business website for you in the future. These retained funds are not withdrawable.

4. Refunds and Deposits

All deposits made to activate a plan are final and non-refundable. Users are encouraged to understand the plan benefits before subscribing.

5. Referral Earnings

Referral bonuses are earned when your invitees subscribe or renew their plan. Referral earnings follow the same 60/40 payout rule.

6. Account Termination

Plexus Connect reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent activity, fake referrals, or any behavior that violates our terms.

7. Platform Changes

We may modify or update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.
