TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By accessing, registering on, funding your wallet, subscribing to any plan, or using Plexus Connect (“the Platform”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

1. Platform Description

Plexus Connect is a Paid-To-Click (PTC) advertising platform that allows users to:

• Fund an internal wallet

• Subscribe to platform plans

• View advertiser-funded advertisements

• Earn rewards from eligible platform activities

• Promote products and services through advertising tools

• Participate in referral programs

Plexus Connect is not an investment platform and does not guarantee income, profits, or specific earnings.

2. Wallet Top-Ups

All payments made to Plexus Connect are treated as wallet top-ups for in-platform use only.

Wallet top-ups are:

• Voluntary

• Final

• Non-refundable once credited

Wallet funds may be used for:

• Subscription purchases

• Advertising services

• Other approved platform features

Wallet balances funded through deposits are not withdrawable unless earned through eligible platform activities.

Incorrect payment information may result in delays or non-recognition of payments.

3. Subscription Plans

Subscription plans provide access to platform features and earning opportunities. Subscription purchases are access fees only and are not investments.

Subscription plans do not guarantee:

• Any specific earnings

• Any number of advertisements

• Daily ad availability

• Profit or return of funds

All subscription purchases are strictly non-refundable.

4. Advertisements and Availability

Advertisements displayed on Plexus Connect are funded by advertisers and not by Plexus Connect.

Ad availability depends on:

• Advertiser demand

• Campaign budgets

• Targeting settings

• System allocation

Plexus Connect does not guarantee:

• A fixed number of advertisements

• Daily ad availability

• Continuous advertising opportunities

Any stated daily ad limits represent maximum available opportunities and not guaranteed activity.

5. Earnings, Referral Rewards and Withdrawals

Earnings may be generated through eligible platform activities including:

• Viewing advertisements

• Referral rewards

• Promotional bonuses

• Other approved activities

Referral rewards may be awarded when referred users subscribe to eligible plans.

Bonus rewards may also be granted periodically based on factors such as:

• User activity

• Referral performance

• Subscription plan

• Platform engagement

• Promotional campaigns

Bonus rewards are discretionary and are not guaranteed.

Plexus Connect reserves the right to:

• Verify all earnings

• Correct system errors

• Reverse fraudulent earnings

• Suspend withdrawals where abuse is detected

Withdrawals remain subject to:

• Platform rules

• Identity verification requirements

• Compliance reviews

• Fraud prevention checks

Wallet top-ups and subscription fees are never withdrawable.

6. Advertising Services

Advertising payments are service fees and not investments.

Plexus Connect does not guarantee:

• Sales

• Traffic

• Leads

• Conversions

• Engagement results

Advertisers remain fully responsible for:

• Their content

• Their offers

• Their legal compliance

7. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Create multiple accounts

• Manipulate referral systems

• Abuse withdrawal systems

• Exploit bugs or loopholes

• Submit false complaints

• Initiate chargebacks after wallet credit

• Engage in fraudulent activities

Violations may result in:

• Account suspension

• Earnings forfeiture

• Withdrawal restrictions

• Permanent account termination

8. No Guarantees

Plexus Connect does not guarantee:

• Income

• Earnings levels

• Ad availability

• Referral rewards

• Bonus rewards

• Continuous platform availability

Participation is entirely at the user's own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

Plexus Connect shall not be liable for:

• User misunderstandings

• Lost earnings opportunities

• Advertiser performance

• User mistakes

• Service interruptions

• Indirect or consequential damages

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

10. Account Termination

Plexus Connect reserves the right to:

• Suspend accounts

• Restrict withdrawals

• Freeze balances linked to abuse

• Terminate accounts without notice where necessary

• Modify or discontinue services

11. Amendments

Plexus Connect may update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

13. Acceptance

By using Plexus Connect, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Plexus Connect is not an investment scheme.

• Subscription purchases are access fees only.

• Wallet top-ups and subscriptions are non-refundable.

• Earnings and withdrawals are subject to platform rules and verification.

• Referral rewards and bonuses are discretionary and may vary.

• Participation in the Platform is voluntary and at your own risk.
