TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By accessing, registering on, funding your wallet, or using Plexus Connect (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Platform Description

Plexus Connect is a Paid-To-Click (PTC) platform that allows users to:

Fund an internal wallet
Use wallet balance to subscribe for access
View advertiser-funded advertisements
Advertise products or services to other users

Plexus Connect does not guarantee income, profit, or availability of ads.

2. Wallet Top-Ups

All payments made to Plexus Connect are treated as wallet top-ups.
Wallet top-ups are voluntary and non-refundable once credited.
Wallet balances can only be used within the Platform for:
- Subscription access fees
- Advertising services
Wallet funds cannot be withdrawn unless earned through eligible platform activities.

Incorrect or missing payment narrations may result in delays or non-recognition of funds.

3. Subscription (Access Fees)

Subscription fees are access fees, not investments.
Subscribing grants users access to view available advertiser-funded ads.
Subscription does not guarantee:
- A specific number of ads
- Daily ad availability
- Earnings equal to or greater than the subscription fee
Subscription fees are non-refundable, whether ads are available or not.

4. Advertisements and Ad Availability

Ads displayed on Plexus Connect are funded and provided by advertisers, not Plexus Connect.
Ad availability depends on advertiser demand, targeting preferences, and system allocation.
Plexus Connect is not responsible if:
- No ads are available
- Fewer ads than a user’s daily limit are available
- Ads stop appearing after subscription
Daily ad limits represent maximum possible views, not guaranteed views.

5. Earnings and Withdrawals

Earnings are generated only from valid ad views and approved platform activities.
Plexus Connect reserves the right to:
- Verify earnings
- Adjust balances caused by system errors, abuse, or exploitation
Withdrawals are subject to:
- Platform rules
- Anti-fraud checks
- Compliance requirements
Wallet top-ups, subscription fees, and advertising fees are not withdrawable.

6. Advertising Services

Payments made for advertising are service fees, not deposits.
Plexus Connect does not guarantee:
- Traffic quality
- Conversions
- Sales
- Specific engagement results
Advertisers are solely responsible for:
- Their ad content
- Claims made in advertisements
- Compliance with applicable laws

7. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

Attempt chargebacks or payment reversals after wallet credit
Use false payment claims or disputes
Manipulate ads, views, referrals, or earnings
Create multiple accounts
Abuse promotions, bonuses, or system loopholes

Violations may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, or permanent ban without notice.

8. No Guarantees

Plexus Connect makes no guarantees regarding:

Income
Earnings consistency
Ad volume
Platform uptime
Financial outcomes

All participation is at the user’s own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

Plexus Connect shall not be liable for:

Loss of funds due to user error
Missed earnings opportunities
Advertiser behavior or ad availability
Indirect or consequential losses

Use of the Platform is strictly “as is.”

10. Account Termination

Plexus Connect reserves the right to:

Suspend or terminate accounts
Withhold balances linked to fraud or abuse
Modify or discontinue services at any time

11. Amendments

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

13. Acceptance

By using Plexus Connect, you confirm that:

You understand how the platform works
You accept that wallet top-ups and subscriptions are non-refundable
You understand ads are not guaranteed
