By accessing, registering on, funding your wallet, subscribing to any plan, viewing advertisements, participating in referrals, requesting withdrawals, or otherwise using Plexus Connect ("the Platform"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
1. Platform Description
Plexus Connect is a digital marketing and advertising platform that combines Paid-To-Click (PTC) advertising features, referral marketing, and other approved digital marketing activities.
The Platform allows users to:
Fund an internal wallet.
Subscribe to available plans.
View advertiser-funded advertisements.
Earn rewards from eligible Platform activities.
Promote products and services through advertising tools.
Participate in referral programs.
Access other approved Platform features.
Plexus Connect is not an investment platform, savings scheme, securities offering, or financial institution.
Subscription purchases are access fees that provide participation rights within the Platform and do not constitute investments.
The Platform does not guarantee profits, fixed returns, passive income, or any specific level of earnings.
2. Wallet Top-Ups
All payments made to Plexus Connect are treated as wallet top-ups for in-platform use only.
Wallet top-ups are:
- Voluntary.
- Final.
- Non-refundable once credited.
Wallet funds may be used for:
- Subscription purchases.
- Advertising services.
- Other approved Platform features.
Deposited funds are not withdrawable simply because they have been deposited.
Wallet balances funded through deposits remain subject to Platform rules and usage requirements.
Users are responsible for providing accurate payment information. Plexus Connect shall not be responsible for delays or losses arising from incorrect payment details.
3. Subscription Plans
Subscription plans grant users access to advertising activities, Platform features, and participation opportunities within Plexus Connect.
Each subscription plan:
Runs for twelve (12) months from activation.
Provides access to plan-specific advertising activities and rewards.
May include referral benefits and promotional opportunities.
Is non-refundable once activated.
Subscription Program Guidelines
Subscription plans are access-based programs designed to provide users with opportunities to participate in available Platform activities.
Users may earn rewards through eligible activities including:
- Viewing available advertisements.
- Participating in referral programs.
- Taking part in promotional campaigns.
- Using approved Platform features.
Subscription plans do not represent investments and do not guarantee:
- Specific earnings.
- Fixed daily earnings.
- Guaranteed profits.
- Return of subscription fees.
Reward availability depends on factors including:
- Advertising campaigns.
- User participation.
- Platform activity.
- Available opportunities.
- Applicable program guidelines.
Subscription purchases are access fees only and are not investments.
All subscription purchases are final and non-refundable.
4. Advertisements and Availability
Advertisements displayed on Plexus Connect are funded by advertisers and available through Platform advertising campaigns.
Advertisement availability depends on:
- Advertiser demand.
- Campaign budgets.
- User targeting criteria.
- System allocation.
- Platform availability.
Plexus Connect does not guarantee:
- A fixed number of advertisements.
- Daily advertisement availability.
- Continuous earning opportunities.
- Consistent advertiser participation.
Any displayed advertisement limits represent available opportunities and do not constitute guarantees.
5. Earnings, Total Balance and Available Balance
Users may earn rewards through eligible Platform activities including:
- Viewing advertisements.
- Referral activities.
- Promotional campaigns.
- Bonus rewards.
- Other approved activities.
Total Balance
Total Balance represents accumulated rewards credited to a user's account through eligible Platform activities.
Total Balance may increase as users complete advertisements and participate in approved earning activities.
Available Balance
Available Balance represents the portion of funds currently eligible for withdrawal.
Only Available Balance may be withdrawn.
The existence of funds in Total Balance does not guarantee immediate withdrawal eligibility.
Users must satisfy applicable Platform requirements before Total Balance becomes available for withdrawal.
6. Balance Unlocking
Advertising rewards and other eligible rewards may initially be credited to a user's Total Balance.
Users may increase their Available Balance through approved Platform activities and reward mechanisms.
The Platform determines applicable unlocking methods, eligibility requirements, and reward availability based on account activity, subscription status, and Platform guidelines.
Users acknowledge that Total Balance and Available Balance serve different purposes within the Platform.
The existence of Total Balance does not represent an immediate withdrawal entitlement.
7. Referrals and Referral Program
Participation in the referral program is optional.
Referrals are not mandatory for:
- Creating an account.
- Subscribing to a plan.
- Accessing advertising activities.
- Standard withdrawal eligibility.
Users may participate in the referral program to earn applicable referral bonuses, promotional rewards, or other incentives provided by Plexus Connect.
Referral rewards may depend on:
- The subscription plan of the referred user.
- Successful subscription activation.
- Account verification status.
- Compliance with Platform rules.
- Applicable promotional conditions.
Referral activity is intended to support Platform growth and marketing efforts.
No specific referral outcome, reward amount, income level, or earning result is guaranteed.
Plexus Connect reserves the right to determine:
- Referral reward structures.
- Eligibility requirements.
- Qualification criteria.
- Promotional rules.
- Referral program limits.
Referral rewards may be modified, paused, or discontinued at the discretion of the Platform.
8. Bonus Rewards and Available Balance Increases
The Platform may periodically provide:
- Bonus rewards.
- Available Balance increases.
- Promotional incentives.
- Special campaign rewards.
Eligibility may depend on:
- Subscription plan.
- Account activity.
- Referral performance.
- Platform engagement.
- Promotional campaigns.
- Compliance history.
- Other Platform considerations.
Such rewards are discretionary and may be modified, suspended, reduced, or discontinued.
No user is guaranteed any bonus, balance increase, or reward.
9. Withdrawals and Identity Verification
All withdrawals are subject to Platform approval and compliance checks.
KYC Requirement
Users who request withdrawals may be required to complete identity verification (KYC).
The Platform reserves the right to request additional verification documents where necessary.
Withdrawal Requirements
Users must:
- Have a verified account where KYC is required.
- Have sufficient Available Balance.
- Meet applicable Platform withdrawal requirements.
Minimum single withdrawal amount:
$10 USDT
Withdrawals are processed according to Platform withdrawal schedules and operational procedures.
Plexus Connect reserves the right to:
- Verify earnings.
- Review withdrawal requests.
- Reverse fraudulent earnings.
- Suspend withdrawals pending investigation.
- Reject withdrawals that violate Platform rules.
Wallet top-ups and subscription fees are not withdrawable simply because they were deposited or paid.
10. Advertising Services
Advertising purchases are service fees only and are non-refundable once activated.
Plexus Connect provides advertising tools and opportunities but does not guarantee:
- Sales.
- Leads.
- Website traffic.
- Conversions.
- User engagement.
- Business growth.
Advertisers remain responsible for:
- Advertisement content.
- Claims made within advertisements.
- Product legality.
- Regulatory compliance.
Plexus Connect reserves the right to review, approve, reject, or remove advertisements that violate Platform policies.
11. Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
- Create multiple accounts.
- Manipulate referral systems.
- Use automated tools or bots.
- Abuse earning systems.
- Abuse withdrawal systems.
- Exploit software bugs or loopholes.
- Submit fraudulent complaints.
- Use false verification documents.
- Engage in money laundering activities.
- Initiate payment chargebacks after wallet credit.
- Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive conduct.
Violations may result in:
- Account suspension.
- Earnings forfeiture.
- Withdrawal restrictions.
- Permanent account termination.
- Legal action where applicable.
12. No Guarantees
Plexus Connect provides access to digital advertising, marketing activities, and reward opportunities.
However, Plexus Connect does not guarantee:
- Income.
- Profits.
- Specific earnings levels.
- Advertisement availability.
- Referral rewards.
- Bonus rewards.
- Available Balance increases.
- Withdrawal approval.
- Continuous Platform availability.
Reward amounts and opportunities may vary based on:
- Advertising campaigns.
- User participation.
- Platform operations.
- Promotional activities.
- Applicable program guidelines.
Participation is voluntary and users acknowledge that earning opportunities depend on multiple factors.
Past performance does not guarantee future results.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Plexus Connect shall not be liable for:
- User misunderstandings.
- Loss of earning opportunities.
- Business losses.
- Advertiser performance.
- User errors.
- Banking delays.
- Technical interruptions.
- Data loss.
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Users are responsible for understanding Platform features, requirements, and guidelines before participating.
14. Account Suspension and Termination
Plexus Connect reserves the right to:
- Suspend accounts.
- Restrict account access.
- Restrict withdrawals.
- Freeze balances associated with investigations.
- Remove Platform access.
- Terminate accounts where necessary.
- Modify or discontinue Platform services.
Such actions may occur where:
- Fraud is suspected.
- Platform rules are violated.
- Security concerns arise.
- Abuse of Platform features is detected.
- Legal or regulatory requirements require action.
Users whose accounts are suspended or terminated may be required to complete additional verification or provide supporting information before any further account review.
15. Amendments
Plexus Connect may update or modify these Terms and Conditions, Subscription Program Guidelines, and other Platform policies at any time.
Updated versions become effective immediately upon publication unless otherwise stated.
Users are responsible for reviewing updated policies.
Continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted according to the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Any disputes arising from the use of Plexus Connect shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Nigeria.
17. Acceptance
By accessing or using Plexus Connect, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Plexus Connect is a digital advertising and marketing platform.
- Subscription purchases provide access to Platform activities and features.
- Subscription purchases and wallet top-ups are non-refundable.
- Earnings depend on active participation, available opportunities, and Platform guidelines.
- Total Balance and Available Balance serve different purposes.
- Advertising rewards and referral rewards are subject to program guidelines.
- Referrals are optional and are not required for standard withdrawal eligibility.
- Referral rewards are not guaranteed and depend on applicable program conditions.
- KYC verification may be required before withdrawals.
- Withdrawals are subject to verification, review, and Platform approval.
- Plexus Connect does not guarantee income, profits, or specific earning outcomes.
Participation in Plexus Connect is voluntary and undertaken according to these Terms and applicable Platform guidelines.
