How to setup Store

🛍️ Store Setup Instructions

Welcome! Follow these steps to fully set up and customize your online store.


🔗 Accessing Your Store

  • Your store/website link is located on your dashboard.

  • Click the link to view your store as it appears to customers.


🎨 Customizing Your Store Theme

  1. Go to Themes in your dashboard.

  2. Select a new theme that fits your brand.

  3. Click Save Changes.

  4. After saving, edit the newly saved theme to update:

    • Text content

    • Images

    • Layout and other display details


⚙️ Store Settings

To update key store information:

  1. Navigate to Store Settings.

  2. Here you can:

    • Upload your store logo and favicon

    • Update your business address

    • Add meta details (for SEO)

    • Set your shipping address


💳 Payment Settings

  1. Go to Payment Settings.

  2. Set your store's currency using a 3-letter ISO code (e.g., NGN for Nigerian Naira).

  3. Choose and activate any payment methods you want your customers to use at checkout (e.g., card, bank transfer, WhatsApp).


📧 Email Settings

  • If you have SMTP email settings, set them up to send emails from your custom domain.

  • If not set, all system emails (e.g., order confirmations) will be sent via our servers.


💬 WhatsApp Payment Settings

  • If you enable WhatsApp as a payment method, customize the checkout WhatsApp message that will be sent to customers.


📲 PWA (Progressive Web App) Settings

  • Vendors can activate PWA for their stores.

  • This allows customers to install the store as an app on their devices for easy access.


🛒 Adding Products

  1. Go to Shop in the sidebar.

  2. Click on Products.

  3. Start adding products by entering:

    • Product name

    • Description

    • Price

    • Images

    • Stock quantity, etc.


📄 Adding Custom Pages

  • To add a new custom page (e.g., About Us, FAQs, Policies):

    • Go to Shop in the sidebar.

    • Click on Custom Page.

    • Enter your content and publish the page to display it on your store.


👥 Staff Accounts

  • Go to Staff Settings to create special logins for your team.

  • Staff will have access to your vendor dashboard, depending on the permissions you assign.


🤝 Referral Program

  • Vendors can earn by referring other vendors to the platform.

  • Referral bonuses and tracking details can be found in the Referral Program section of your dashboard.
