🛍️ Store Setup Instructions
Welcome! Follow these steps to fully set up and customize your online store.
Your store/website link is located on your dashboard.
Click the link to view your store as it appears to customers.
Go to Themes in your dashboard.
Select a new theme that fits your brand.
Click Save Changes.
After saving, edit the newly saved theme to update:
Text content
Images
Layout and other display details
To update key store information:
Navigate to Store Settings.
Here you can:
Upload your store logo and favicon
Update your business address
Add meta details (for SEO)
Set your shipping address
Go to Payment Settings.
Set your store's currency using a 3-letter ISO code (e.g., NGN
for Nigerian Naira).
Choose and activate any payment methods you want your customers to use at checkout (e.g., card, bank transfer, WhatsApp).
If you have SMTP email settings, set them up to send emails from your custom domain.
If not set, all system emails (e.g., order confirmations) will be sent via our servers.
If you enable WhatsApp as a payment method, customize the checkout WhatsApp message that will be sent to customers.
Vendors can activate PWA for their stores.
This allows customers to install the store as an app on their devices for easy access.
Go to Shop in the sidebar.
Click on Products.
Start adding products by entering:
Product name
Description
Price
Images
Stock quantity, etc.
To add a new custom page (e.g., About Us, FAQs, Policies):
Go to Shop in the sidebar.
Click on Custom Page.
Enter your content and publish the page to display it on your store.
Go to Staff Settings to create special logins for your team.
Staff will have access to your vendor dashboard, depending on the permissions you assign.
Vendors can earn by referring other vendors to the platform.
Referral bonuses and tracking details can be found in the Referral Program section of your dashboard.
